Reminders
Reminders are time-based nudges. Set one for yourself or teammates, optionally linked to a ticket, and Ticku notifies everyone attached when it's due. Open Reminders from the sidebar.
Creating a reminder

When a reminder fires
A scheduled job checks due reminders and fires a Reminder Due notification to each assignee, delivered per their notification preferences. Repeating reminders re-schedule automatically for the next interval.
Reminders can be archived once they're no longer needed.
